qoorr ("we", "our", or "us") provides a gym management platform used by fitness businesses ("Gyms") and their members. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications, web applications, and related services.
qoorr operates as a service provider to Gyms and may process personal data on behalf of the Gym you are a member of.

a. Information You Provide
- Name, address, email address, and phone number
- Photos (that you choose to upload)
- Account credentials
- Profile information (such as date of birth or fitness-related data, if provided)
- Communications with us
b. Information Provided by Your Gym
- Membership details and status
- Attendance, bookings, and class participation
- Workout performance and activity data
- Billing, payments, and transaction records
c. Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (device type, operating system)
- Log data (IP address, access times, app usage)
- Interaction data within the app
d. Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party providers. qoorr does not store full payment card numbers.

How We Share Information
a. With Your Gym
If you are a member, your information is shared with your Gym so they can manage your membership, services, and operations.
b. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers such as payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics or monitoring tools. These providers process data only as necessary to provide services on our behalf.
c. Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of qoorr, Gyms, or users.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide services, and as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Certain data, such as transaction records, may be retained even after account deletion where required by law.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your qoorr account within the mobile app (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting privacy@qoorr.com.
- Your qoorr login account and access to the app will be deleted or disabled
- Certain personal information may be retained where necessary to maintain active memberships or comply with legal obligations
- If you have an active membership, your member profile may remain active within your Gym’s system until the membership is canceled or expires
- Your Gym remains responsible for managing membership-related data and obligations
- Deleting your qoorr account does not cancel or modify any active memberships, contracts, or financial obligations with your Gym
Your Privacy Rights (United States)
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Texas, Virginia, and Colorado), you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Receive a copy of your data (data portability)
- Object to or restrict certain processing

Children’s Privacy
qoorr is used by Gyms that may allow memberships for individuals under 13. In such cases, accounts for minors are created and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or the Gym. We process children’s data only as directed by the Gym or parent/guardian and do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate authorization.
Shared Devices and Kiosk Use
qoorr may be used on shared devices provided by Gyms (such as front desk or kiosk systems). These devices are intended for use by multiple individuals.
When using a shared device:
- Your information may be entered or accessed in a public or semi-public environment
- Gyms are responsible for configuring and managing how these devices are used
- qoorr processes data on behalf of the Gym in these contexts
We recommend that users take care when entering personal information on shared devices. Gyms are responsible for ensuring appropriate safeguards, such as session management and device security, are in place.
Data Security
We implement appropriate safeguards to protect personal information. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant providers. However, no system is completely secure.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to qoorr’s mobile applications, web applications, and related services. The data practices described here apply consistently across all platforms, including iOS and Android.
